FiltaFry Technician

Join the Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions team as a FiltaFry Technician in Tomball, TX — a hands-on, mobile role where you'll make a real difference in commercial kitchens every day. Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site commercial fryer oil filtration and fryer management services at client locations
• Operate and maintain the proprietary Filta micro-filtration equipment and service van
• Manage and dispose of used cooking oil in an environmentally responsible manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant and foodservice clients on a regular route
• Monitor fryer oil quality and advise clients on oil life and fryer maintenance best practices
• Complete accurate service records, logs, and client documentation for each visit
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — this is a mobile, route-based position
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands-on work in a commercial kitchen environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently on a daily route
• Prior experience in foodservice, kitchen equipment maintenance, or a trade is a plus
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn proprietary filtration equipment
• Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service
