Final Assembly — Cabinetry

Swan Creek builds custom cabinetry and architectural millwork for high-end residential and commercial projects across Iowa and the surrounding region. Final assembly is the last set of hands on a job before it ships — the work has to be square, tight, and clean.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assemble cabinet boxes, face frames, and drawer boxes from cut parts
• Install hardware — hinges, slides, pulls, and adjustable shelving
• Fit and align doors and drawer fronts to spec
• Check dimensions and reveals against shop drawings
• Flag defects before product moves to shipping
• Keep the assembly area organized and tools maintained

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience in cabinetry, millwork, furniture, or finish carpentry preferred
• Ability to read a tape, a shop drawing, and a cut list
• Comfortable with pneumatic tools, drills, and basic hand tools
• Attention to detail — this is the quality gate before delivery
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for a full shift
