Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Final Expense Closer to convert qualified leads into sales by explaining final expense life insurance policies to eligible customers in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle qualified leads and convert them into sales.
• Explain policy benefits, premiums, and coverage clearly and professionally.
• Build trust with customers, understand their needs, and handle objections effectively.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain accurate sales records.
• Comply with company policies, sales procedures, and applicable insurance regulations.
• Coordinate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Targets & Performance

• Daily: Meet assigned daily closing targets.
• Weekly: Achieve weekly sales goals set by management.
• Monthly: Meet or exceed the monthly sales target and maintain quality standards.

Specific numerical targets will be assigned by management according to campaign requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Final Expense sales or closing is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and meet sales targets.
• Professional attitude, confidence, and customer-focused approach.
