Final Finish Quality Control Checker

Quality check and prepare houses to be shipped out. This will include but not limited to touching up paint, stain, doors, and grout. Help clean and make sure all tools and trash are removed before the house is closed for transit

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Quality check and prepare houses to be shipped out.
• Caulk ¼ round on tub and shower and trim chimney box.
• Touch up stain and paint.
• Plug sinks.
• Install fireplace screen.
• Touch up doors, grout, and interior paint.
• Close and lock all windows, install drawer label in kitchen drawer left of sink.
• Make sure house is cleaned, tools and trash are all out of the house before closing it up.

Education:

• High School Diploma, or GED, preferred
