Job Summary:

Abner Solar Inc. is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Final Quality Inspectors to support final product inspection and outgoing quality control at our solar cell manufacturing facility.

This position focuses on product inspection, defect identification, quality documentation, and shipment quality checks. On-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspect finished solar cells according to company quality standards, including visual and basic electrical quality checks.

2. Review AOI and EL inspection images to identify, verify, and classify product defects.

3. Perform outgoing quality inspections before shipment, including checking product batches, packaging, and labeling.

4. Record inspection results and prepare basic quality reports.

5. Identify, separate, and document defective products.

6. Report quality issues to supervisors and assist with follow-up corrective actions.

7. Maintain inspection tools, samples, and accurate quality records.

8. Keep work areas clean and organized following 6S standards.

9. Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

2. Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing is a plus, but not required.

3. Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual defects.

5. Responsible, patient, and willing to learn.

6. Ability to follow instructions and work well with team members.

7. Willingness to work rotating shifts.

8. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine inspection tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.
