Join Dunamis Construction Group – Final Trim Grader Operators (WA)

We’re growing our team and looking for high-quality pavement trimmers who take pride in their work and know how to deliver to spec.

We operate a fleet of Trimble GPS/UTS-equipped CAT 140M / 150M AWD and John Deere graders across multiple projects throughout Western Australia.

Roster options:

• FIFO Pilbara – 2:1 or 3:1
• DIDO / FIFO – 10:4 (Main Roads WA projects)
• Metro work – Monday to Friday

What we’re looking for

We’re not chasing average operators — we’re after capable, no-fuss professionals who can deliver.

• Strong experience in final trim and pavement construction
• Confident using Trimble UTS systems
• Ability to freehand trim to a high standard when required
• Proven ability to balance quality + productivity
• Flexible and adaptable across different rosters, crews, and project requirements
• Team-focused attitude — works well with supervisors, surveyors, and crews
• Takes pride in machine setup, accuracy, and finished product
• Respects and looks after machinery — we run high-quality equipment and expect it to be maintained, clean, and operated properly
• Backed by a solid reputation in the industry

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 recent references (must support your capability and performance)
• Experience delivering to Main Roads WA specifications (preferred)
