FINANCE COORDINATOR – 3 WHEELER SHOWROOM

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to join our Three-Wheeler Showroom Team.

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.
• Experience in vehicle finance, banking, sales coordination, or automobile dealership will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of loan procedures and documentation preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and coordination skills may also apply.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle finance and loan documentation.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work with banks, finance companies, customers, and internal teams.
• Responsible, organized, and customer-oriented approach.
• Coordinate vehicle finance applications and documentation.
• Assist customers with loan procedures, eligibility requirements, and finance options.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, sales, and delivery teams.
• Collect, verify, and maintain accurate customer and finance documents.
• Follow up on loan approvals, disbursements, and pending documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of finance-related formalities before vehicle delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of finance applications and customer transactions.
• Communicate with customers regarding loan status, required documents, and payment details.
• Support the sales team in achieving smooth and timely vehicle deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and finance procedures.
