Finance 5 - 7 Years Experiences

Responsibilities

• Process budgeting of finance department.
• Payment to suppliers (cheque and transfer).
• Coordinate with the banks to issue a letter of guarantee.
• Opening, closing and changing condition of Bank account.
• Applying for banking service.
• Process invoices and receipts.
• Daily and weekly cash report and reconcile banks.
• Organize and transfer company funds to prepare enough funds for expenses.
• Prepare for company loan (intercompany, interproject and the banks).
• Calculation interest loan (intercompany, interproject and the banks) and monthly  loan report.
• Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial matters.
• Support the executives with other departments and tasks when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance; MBA highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance functions.
• Computer literacy: Microsoft office, Strong MS Excel skills.
• Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated.
• Ability to solve and task management skills and leadership
