Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
- Memproses penagihan piutang
- Pengelolaan aging report & outstanding receivable
- Pembuatan invoice, memverifikasi kelengkapan dokumen (PO, DO, faktur pajak)
- Rekonsiliasi pembayaran di sistem & penyelesaian selisih
Kualifikasi & Persyaratan
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel ( VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- Memiliki pengalaman min 3 tahun di bidang yang sama
- Bisa penjurnalan manual tanpa sistem
- Memahami proses reconciliation, aging schedule, serta follow-up piutang yang jatuh tempo
- Teliti, rapi, dan detail oriented
- Siap masuk dengan hari kerja Senin - Sabtu
- Siap bergabung segera
