Responsibilities

• Assist in accounting receivable related tasks. Incl. VAT invoice and commercial invoice issuance, express. Support for bank incoming reconciliations and offsetting.
• Assist in accounting payable related tasks. Incl. scan VAT invoice and do verification. Input imported customs slips. Ensure verification timely and accurately.
• Accounting documents filling and documentation. Incl. invoices, accounting vouchers, customs forms, tax documents etc.
• Participate in projects related to finance directive and process construction, finance digitalization etc. Assist the superior in implementing the projects. Use tools to analyze data and diagnose the current situation. Complete project module work.
• Support the internal and external project meetings including preparation of slides deck, taking meeting minutes, etc.
• Ad-hoc tasks be assigned. Requirements
• Bachelor or Master degree, major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics or related;
• Internship experience once in well-known international organization and in Accounting is a plus;
• Proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant, willing to learn; High attention to detail and independent working style.
• Proficient knowledge with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP. Experienced with Python, SQL is a plus.
• Good data analytical skills.
• Business fluent in English and Chinese. Good writing skills.
