Finance Accounting Associate

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare daily and monthly petty cash reports to ensure accuracy in fund usage
• Prepare and reconcile bank accounts and monthly balance sheets.
• Verify Cash Advance (CA) and external invoice.
• Review financial transaction journals, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and propose a payment plan in accordance with company priorities.
• Ensure all payment supporting documents are properly documented and delivered to relevant parties.
• Manage and maintain company asset records, including asset value and depreciation
• Prepare monthly expense reports covering closing, trend analysis, depreciation, and amortization.
• Manage working capital loans and monitor their utilization
• Manage bank account and ensure proper recording in accordance with standards.
• Prepare journals related to interest expenses (capital/interest journal entries)
• Maintain payroll records per division through proper journal entry processes.
• Monitor and ensure accurate recording of loan deductions.
• Collaborate with the tax consultant in the monthly closing process, specifically related to Tax Art 21 (non-employee), Art 23, Art 4(2) and VAT.
• Perform tax General Ledger (GL) reconciliation and record journal entries for all filed and reported monthly and annual tax returns (SPT).
• Collaborate with the operations team and oversee financial aspects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of Finance, Management, Accounting, or finance-related field
• Min 3 years experience in finance operation, AP, AR, and Treasury
• Proficient with Accurate and Journal ERP
• Experience in Reconciliation and Audit Procedures
• Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Compliance oriented personality
• Hold Brevet A&B certification
