About the role

This role involves supporting the company's financial operations through accounting, tax administration, and financial reporting tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing company financial reports
• Perform tax calculations, reporting, and administration
• Conduct periodic bank reconciliations
• Reconcile all accounts in the Chart of Accounts (CoA)
• Follow up on discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial data
• Update transaction data and daily reports
• Archive financial and tax documents in an organized and systematic manner
• Support financial administration completeness as needed by the company

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounting or Tax
• Understanding of basic PSAK standards and Indonesian tax regulations
• Proficiency in tax calculation and reporting, including: PPN, PPh Pasal 21, PPh Pasal 23, PPh Pasal 4 Ayat (2), PPh Badan, PPh Orang Pribadi
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Table, IF, INDEX MATCH, ARRAYFORMULA
• Understanding of Coretax and Accurate applications
• Strong administrative and documentation capabilities
• Experienced in working with large volumes of data
• Ability to prepare neat, accurate, and timely reports
• Capable of working systematically with orientation toward process improvement
