Finance Accounting

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance & Accounting professional to join our hospitality operation in Bali. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial and accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and proper documentation in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions, including AP, AR, petty cash, and bank transactions.
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Prepare and monitor invoices, payment requests, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist with payroll and staff-related financial administration.
• Assist in preparing and submitting tax-related documents, including PPh and other applicable taxes.
• Monitor cash flow and operational expenses.
• Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records and supporting documents.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality, hotel, villa, or property management.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian taxation.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
