About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Finance - Accounting to join our team at PT Daeshin Flange Fitting Industri' in North Jakarta, Jakarta Raya. This full-time position is a crucial role within our Accounting and Finance department, responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor payments, prepare client invoices, and document outstanding payments AR & AP
• Accurately record, track, and update financial data, including invoices, receipts, and expense report
• Providing administrative support to the Finance and Accounting teams, such as filing, data entry, and document management
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations
• Adhering to all relevant financial policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

About you

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant office productivity tools
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
