Staff Finance & Accounting position responsible for financial transaction recording, cash and bank management, supplier payments, and accounts receivable and payable management.
Key responsibilities
- Record cash and bank transactions
- Process supplier payments
- Manage accounts receivable (AR)
- Manage accounts payable (AP)
- Coordinate with related departments
About you
- Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in Finance & Accounting
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and responsible
- Able to maintain confidentiality of financial data
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Able to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
