Finance Accounting Intern
Role Overview
- Provide support to the General Accounting and Accounts Payable teams to help distribute workload while gaining practical work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare input VAT Journal Vouchers (JVs) and summaries.
- Encode approved Purchase Requisition (PR) requests and RBAs.
- Scan essential documents including Form 2307, promissory notes, and loan details.
- Sort, file, and organize JVs, Accounts Payable Vouchers (APVs), and VAT zero-rating requirements.
- Transmit APVs to Treasury and route documents for delivery to the Mondragon Building.
- Perform other related office-based tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in BSBA, Accountancy, or a related accounting degree.
- Required to complete 300 training hours.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong oral communication, customer service, and persuasion skills.
- No prior work experience is required.
