Finance Accounting (Manager & Junior Executive)

Summary:

This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial and operational control functions, including inventory and cost management, ERP system administration, and financial settlements (monthly and periodic). It ensures compliance with banking covenants, manages tax filings and risks, supports audit processes, and leads system and supply chain projects, particularly SAP and global SCM initiatives, to improve efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

Monitor cash flow, manage credit lines

Ensure strict compliance with Negative Covenants and other conditions in Letters of Offer (LO) from banks

Amend policies on inventory

Operate standards for optimal inventory level

ERP System Management

Update organization information on the ERP system

Monthly Settlement

Manage standard cost accounting

CCA / Scrap closing

PC / PA / PCA closing

Quarterly / Semi-Annual Settlement

Estimate allowance for overvaluation of inventories

Project Management

Operate the SAP system advancement project

Operate the Global SCM establishment project

Tax Filing / Payment

Practice management and filing of taxes

Document and file tax payment statements

Work on BEPS reports

File correction requests on tax payments made

Taxation Risk Management

Respond to taxation audits

Conduct and adjust tax accounting procedures

Audit Preparation

Create financial / account reconciliation statement

Respond to audit issues

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Degree in any field.
2. Candidate fluent in Korean is an added advantage.
3. Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting or related field.
4. Must have knowledge of finance- and accounting-related matters, including financial management, implementation of financial policies, tax management, preparation of financial reports, budgeting, and cost control.
5. Proficiency in Korean or Mandarin is preferred.
6. Candidates with ACCA or CPA qualifications will be given preference.
