Finance Accounting Manager

WE’RE HIRING | ACCOUNTING & FINANCE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounting & Finance operations across multiple companies within the Group.
• Oversee AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Inventory and Intercompany transactions.
• Lead monthly and year-end closing, account reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Manage Cash Flow, Budget, Forecast and financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax and statutory filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors, Revenue Department, banks and relevant authorities.
• Develop and strengthen Internal Controls, Accounting Policies and SOPs across the Group.
• Prepare Management Reports and provide financial insights to management.
• Lead, coach and develop the Accounting & Finance team.
• Support business expansion, new projects and financial operations across companies within Aestema Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Thai Accounting Standards, Taxation and Financial Reporting.
• Hands-on experience in Budgeting, Cash Flow, Forecasting and Financial Analysis.
• Experience managing accounting for multiple companies / group companies is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and business partnering skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and growing organization.
• Experience with ERP / Accounting Systems is an advantage.
