Finance Accounting Manager

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure healthy liquidity.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to improve business performance and profitability.
• Oversee operational costs and perform budget variance analysis.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, and Inventory Accounting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and applicable financial laws.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and senior management to support business decision-making.
• Develop, monitor, and report financial KPIs.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Finance & Accounting Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry, vehicle dealership, leasing, or a related business is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, cost control, and taxation.
