Finance Accounting Manager

What you'll be doing

• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Manage general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies

• Lead, supervise and develop accounting staff, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance and professional growth

• Monitor and analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, reporting variances to senior management

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with tax authorities as required

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in managerial level

• Strong experience in manufacturing industry (Preferable)

• Solid understanding of cost accounting, inventory control, and financial analysis

• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

• Good knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools

• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats

• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with colleagues across different departments

• Willing to work in Serang, Banten.
