Finance Accounting Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Finance & Accounting Operations Supervisor to oversee our daily financial operations, operational controls, and reporting functions. In this role, you will be responsible for end to end financial reporting, tax compliance, internal control implementations, and delivering actionable financial analysis to management to support strategic decision-making.

What you will do :

• Manage financial closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
• Oversee tax reporting and filing compliance with local regulations while maintaining operational cash flow to support daily business liquidity.
• Evaluate existing finance, accounting, and administrative workflows to identify risks and implement continuous process improvements.
• Draft, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring full document completeness and adherence to internal control policies.
• Deliver monthly financial analysis, monitor cost trends, and present operational insights to executive leadership to guide strategic decision making.

We are looking for you who :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or tax certification is a plus).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably with proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, tax compliance laws, and cash flow management (PSAK/IFRS)
• Advanced analytical capabilities with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis (Advanced Excel required; ERP experience preferred).
• Experience in drafting SOPs, implementing internal controls, and leading process improvement initiatives.
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
