- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts with in-depth analysis and insights for decision-making.
- Manage and coordinate external audit, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Supervise and review journal entries, general ledger activities, and account reconciliations.
- Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of accounting policies, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. production, IT, sales) to support business objectives and process improvements.
- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring capability development and high performance within the team.
