Finance Accounting Staff

About the role

Perform daily Finance & Accounting activities, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and on time. Handle and monitor transactions related to General Ledger (GL), Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), and Cash & Bank. Support the month-end closing process and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.

Key responsibilities :

• Prepare and record accounting journal entries into the accounting system
• Perform regular bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
• Review supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy before recording or processing payments
• Process and monitor payment transactions in accordance with company procedures
• Support the month-end closing process and ensure all transactions are properly recorded
• Prepare supporting data and documents for internal and external audit requirements
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of Finance & Accounting records
• Coordinate with related departments to resolve transaction discrepancies and accounting issues
• Support the preparation of accounting reports and other financial data required by management

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting
• Good knowledge of Accounting Journals, General Ledger, Account Payable, Account Receivable, and Cash & Bank
• Experienced in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
• Good understanding of payment processing and document verification
• Familiar with month-end closing processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with accounting systems / ERP
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical, organizational, and coordination skills
