About the role

Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff position managing bookkeeping and financial records for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping and financial record-keeping for the company
• Create financial reports (daily, monthly)
• Manage invoices, AR/AP (receivables & payables)
• Calculate, prepare, and report taxes (PPN, PPh)
• Operate e-Faktur & e-SPT
• Reconcile bank and financial reports
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial administration

About you

• Minimum S1 education in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Finance / Accounting / Tax
• Understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPN & PPh)
• Proficient in Excel (basic to intermediate formulas)
• Resident of Gading Serpong / BSD / Tangerang
• Meticulous & detail-oriented
• Disciplined & responsible
• Able to work with deadlines
• Communicative and able to coordinate with team

Desirable

• Experience using accounting software (Accurate, etc.)
• Brevet A/B certificate
• Experience handling tax reports independently
