Finance / Admin Assistant - Nuvali

Core Responsibilities

• Financial & Statutory Processing: Handles Requests for Payments (RFPs), Purchase Requests (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and ensures timely payment/filing of statutory obligations and business permits to avoid penalties.
• Employee & HR Support: Facilitates employee loans, claims, complaints, updating personnel records, and assisting with insurance claims/requirements.
• Logistics & Messengerial Tasks: Coordinates vehicle rentals, handles canvassing/scouting for logistics, arranges travel bookings (flights/hotels), and manages document routing, bank deliveries, and pick-ups.
• Admin & Event Coordination: Assists with employee activities, company events, and schedules high-level meetings (e.g., Quarterly Business reviews, Leadership Team meetings).

Candidate Qualifications Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in personnel administration.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Key Competencies: Highly organized, strong multitasking skills, proactive, customer service-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
