Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure accurate and timely COD remittances and collections.
- Reconcile daily collections, remittances, and financial records.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly finance reports.
- Check and resolve financial discrepancies, shortages, and billing issues.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial documents and transactions.
- Assist in audits and other finance-related activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse operations and Head Office regarding financial concerns and requirements.
*Willing to work on weekends and holidays
