FINANCE ADMIN

We are looking for 2 Finance Admins who are organized, reliable, and good with numbers. In this role, you will assist with daily finance tasks such as handling bank payments, managing financial data, performing data entry, and providing administrative support to the Finance team.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with basic knowledge of finance or accounting and experience in data entry will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage bank payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and update daily financial reports and assist in monthly closing activities.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain and analyze financial data to support reporting and decision-making using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with finance-related administrative tasks and documentation.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions regarding payment processing, account matters, and documentation.
• Ensure all financial documents and records are properly filed and maintained.
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance team, including scheduling and document preparation.
• Handle other ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Candidates who are able to start work immediately are preferred.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
• Previous experience in finance, administration, or data entry is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, or stakeholders.
