Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer the company's banking-related requirements and transactions
• Perform cashier responsibilities, including managing petty cash activities
• Monitor bank balances and perform bank reconciliations accurately and timely
• Upload and manage Virtual Account data through the designated systems
• Perform and oversee tax remittance activities to Lembaga Persepsi Lainnya (LPL)
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operational processes
• Prepare audit-related documentation and follow up on audit findings within the required timeline

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or Taxation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Familiar with E-SPT (Coretax)
• Familiar with accounting software such as Accurate, MYOB, Tally, Orlansoft, or similar applications
• Brevet A/B Certification is a plus
• USKP A/B Certification is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
