What they need
- รับชำระค่าเช่า ค่าบริการ ค่าที่จอดรถ ตอบข้อซักถามจากท่านเจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัย
- สรุปเงินสดย่อย เพื่อขอเบิกต่อไป
- จัดทำสรุปการใช้น้ำประปา ค่าไฟฟ้า ค่าที่จอดรถรายเดือน ของท่านเจ้าของร่วมและผู้พักอาศัย เพื่อออกใบแจ้งหนี้เรียกเก็บ
- สรุปเอกสารการขอตั้งเช็คค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้รับเหมาต่าง ๆ ที่มีสัญญา
- สรุปยอดลูกหนี้ค้างชำระประจำเดือน และทำบันทึกทะเบียนคุมยอดลูกหนี้
- ควบคุมการออกใบแจ้งหนี้ /ใบเสร็จ
- รับผิดชอบเกี่ยวกับการรับเงินและการชำระเงิน
- จัดทำเอกสารประกอบการบันทึกบัญชี เช่น ใบสำคัญรับเงิน, ใบสำคัญจ่ายเงิน เป็นต้น
- จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับภาษี เช่น ภงด. 3, ภงด. 53 ฯลฯ
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างานและผู้บังคับบัญชา
