What they need
- Mempersiapkan, mengurutkan, dan mengarsipkan dokumen keuangan dengan rapi dan sistematis, baik fisik maupun digital.
- Memverifikasi kelengkapan dan keakuratan dokumen pendukung transaksi sebelum diproses lebih lanjut.
- Mencatat transaksi keuangan harian (pengeluaran dan pemasukan) ke dalam log atau spreadsheet secara teratur.
- Berkoordinasi dengan internal team (seperti procurement, sales) untuk kelengkapan dokumen transaksi.
Requirements:
- Pendidikan S1/D4 Sederajat
- Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi lebih diutamakan
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Admin Finance
- Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office dengan baik
- Bersedia di tempatkan di Bandung, Jawa Barat
