Finance Admin

The successful candidate will be providingadministrative support to ensure smooth daily finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process payment vouchers, staff claims, and vendor invoices.

Track and reconcile expenditures to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Support monthly reconciliations and ensure compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements.

Maintain and organise physical and digital filing systems for finance records.

Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Familiar with digital filing systems and cloud-based tools (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

A proactive, responsible, and meticulous team player with a positive attitude
