Finance Admin

Key Responsibilities

Assist in receiving, organising and processing invoices and related documents.

Perform basic data entry and verify information for accuracy and completeness.

Support the handling of invoice discrepancies, credit notes and other documentation matters.

Maintain accurate records and update relevant trackers and reports.

Liaise with internal teams to facilitate timely document processing and follow-up.

Provide general administrative support and assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

GCE N-Level or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience in administrative or document processing work would be advantageous but is not mandatory.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to maintain accurate records and perform routine administrative tasks.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with team members.
