What they need
-Oversee basic payment and able to solve problems that arise within the admin team.
-Check and verify cheque details.
-Cheque confirmation with bank.
-SIRIM: FTTR Application & Payment, COA Application & Payment
-Bank Guarantee renewal
-Quit rent administration
-Term Loan administration
-Check and record purchase order
-Check Do for HOD to sign.
-Adhoc payment from Finance Manager
-Coordinate with BA Sales and BA Purchase Task group to receive stamped and sorted invoice and DO Check and sign PV for check issuance
-Able to follow SOP.
-Ensure performance of Jr and Mid.
-Reinforce SOP and ensure creation of new SOP
-Other ad hoc task as and when required.
