Finance Admin Staff

SE’INDONESIA is a local fast-food brand that has popularized the smoked meat dish from East Nusa Tenggara (sei) at affordable prices. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing F&B pioneers, the brand has become a source of national pride after being included in Forbes Asia’s 100 to Watch 2025 list. We are looking for a Finance Admin Staff candidate to join the Se'Indonesia team with the following details.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely record, report, and process the company's financial transactions.

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of periodic financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable regulations.

• Process bill payments and manage bank account balances.

• Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team.

• Assist in the budgeting and financial planning process.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate from a diploma/bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a Finance Admin role or similar position in a service, FnB or manufacturing company.
• A good understanding of accounting principles and applicable financial regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and meticulous.
