Finance Administration / Finance Staff

About the role

This position will support daily Finance administration activities, including invoice and payment management, monitoring Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR), reconciliation, and coordination with clients, vendors, and other external parties.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administration of invoices, payments, and financial documents
• Assist with monitoring Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR)
• Conduct input, verification, and reconciliation of financial data
• Perform filing and ensure financial documents are organized neatly
• Assist with Finance administration processes and other Finance work as needed
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and external parties regarding Finance-related matters
• Attend meetings or discussions with clients/vendors when required
• Support other Finance and Accounting work as directed by supervisor

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 degree from Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, or Finance Administration
• Understanding of basic Accounting principles
• Basic knowledge of taxation, particularly PPh and types of taxes related to company transactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, organized, accurate, with strong administrative capabilities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experienced in communicating and coordinating with clients, vendors, and other external parties
• Confident in conducting meetings or discussions with clients
• Able to adapt to various characters and needs of external parties
• Willingness to learn and develop to handle broader Finance work
