Finance Administrator

A permanent part-time opportunity with flexible weekday hours and a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Marinoto Home and Hospital Care, Inglewood is seeking an organised, reliable and detail-focused Finance Administrator to join our team.

Working closely with the CEO and wider team, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of Marinoto. Key responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, accounts payable and receivable, supporting payroll processes, coordinating invoicing, assisting with financial reporting, and supporting financial controls and compliance requirements.

Your work will help ensure the financial systems and processes that underpin the quality care we provide to our residents continue to operate accurately and effectively.

Experience in finance or accounts administration is desirable, and familiarity with accounting systems, particularly Xero, would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will be part of a small, supportive team where your contribution is recognised and valued, with the flexibility of part-time weekday hours.
