Are you an organised and detail-oriented finance professional looking to develop your career within a supportive and growing organisation? We are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our Finance team.

About the Role

• Provide essential support to the Finance team by maintaining accurate financial records, processing daily banking transactions, and ensuring customer and student accounts are managed effectively.

  What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing and posting daily bank transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Investigating and reconciling unallocated cash.

• Supporting revenue adjustments and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Assisting with bank reconciliations.

• Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve payment and account queries.

• Supporting audit activities and preparing documentation.

• Assisting with reporting, data analysis and general finance administration.

• Ensuring work is completed within agreed deadlines.

  About You

• Previous experience in invoicing, billing, accounts administration or a similar finance role.

• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

• Experience with CRM or accounting systems is desirable.
