Finance Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our Finance team. This is a permanent, part-time position of up to 30 hours per week, based in Whakaoriori | Masterton.

Key responsibilities

• Entering and maintaining accounts payable and receivable into Xero
• Supporting monthly reconciliations
• Assisting with expense claims and charge cards
• Organising financial records
• Maintaining fixed asset information
• Providing support for fleet and travel administration

About you

• Self-motivated, flexible and reliable
• Some experience in finance (or willing to train a person with the right attitude)

Ngāti Kahungunu ki Wairarapa Tāmaki-nui-a-Rua Settlement Trust is the Post Settlement Governance Entity responsible for receiving and managing the Treaty Settlement assets of Ngāti Kahungunu ki Wairarapa Tāmaki-nui-a-Rua. Our group includes both Iwi Development and Investment Trusts, with operations spanning from Wairarapa through to Tāmaki-nui-a-Rua.
