About the role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll be the beating heart of our accounts function - managing the day-to-day finance operations across HBT. Your week will span:

• Accounts payable & receivable - purchase orders, invoicing, direct debits, credit control and chasing overdue accounts.
• Bank reconciliations & month-end.
• Fleet & building compliance - keeping WOFs, COFs, registrations and property maintenance on track.
• Client service & team backup, triaging service calls and emails, and covering your fellow team members when needed.
