Finance Administrator

Job Posting / Description:

The main purpose of this job is to support the sites to raise monthly invoices.

Key Accountabilities

• Monthly Invoicing for all the sites / contracts.
• Accrual monitoring and following-up with contracts managers for payments.
• Dealing with any site queries relating to issuing invoice.
• Posting cash receipts in ERP.
• Assisting with month-end reports.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines occasionally when transactions must be completed in a short period of time.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to prioritise and organise workloads effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work proactively and to own initiative.
• Any other task assigned as and when required.

Experience:

• Work experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit Control
• Accounting knowledge

Knowledge and Special Skills

• Advance proficiency in Excel.
• Experience of working on Microsoft D365 (ERP).
