Finance Administrator (Tallaght/Onsite)

Barden is delighted to partner with a fast-growing, Irish-owned business in Dublin West as they look to hire an Accounts Assistant. This is a brand new role in the finance team, created because the business is growing quickly.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Learn the full receivables cycle, from raising invoices to collecting payment.
• Build real credit control experience by keeping customer accounts on track.
• Resolve payment queries and talk to customers and colleagues across the business.
• Handle daily bank transactions and reconciliations.
• Get hands-on exposure to month-end close.
• Learn from experienced finance professionals who will support your development.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Working towards, or planning to start, ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
• Early in your finance career, with 1+ years in a similar role a bonus rather than a must.
• Strong Excel and systems skills.
• Growth mindset and a willingness to learn.
• Confident communicating with people at all levels.
