Finance AI Operating Partner - Private Equity Fund

Camino Search is currently partnering with a mid-market private equity fund hiring for a Finance AI Operating Advisor.

This position will join the Portfolio Operating Team, taking ownership of AI enablement in the portfolio finance functions to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and value creation.

You will partner directly with CFOs across their portfolio to identify and prioritise AI use cases, mobilise the transformations, hands-on support the deployment, and track EBITDA benefit and ROI.

Paying highly competitive compensation package, based in London with some travel to portfolio companies.

Required Experience:

• Proven track record deploying AI in finance functions delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience in the private equity space, bringing understanding of best practices, reporting, and pace of change.
• Any experience in an operating advisory role fund-side would be highly desirable.
• Background in finance leadership positions, ideally in scaling growth businesses.
