FINANCE ANALSYTS

Job Summary
Responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, monitoring company performance, and providing financial insights to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, costs, profit margins, and cash flow.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Monitor actual financial performance against budget.
• Identify financial trends, variances, and potential risks.
• Prepare management reports and financial analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with costing and profitability analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial data and records.
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Assist in improving financial processes and internal controls.
• Perform other finance-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to prepare and interpret financial reports.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
