Finance Analysis & Customer Support Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and Kendra partners with credit-related queries, case updates, and service support.
• Coordinate the delivery of credit analysis reports and follow up on pending cases.
• Understand and explain basic credit analysis findings to customers in a clear and simple manner.
• Handle customer and partner communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain accurate customer financial records, case details, and CRM entries.
• Coordinate with internal teams for the smooth and timely processing of credit-related cases.
• Track customer cases, follow-ups, pending decisions, and service activation status.
• Review customer cases to identify those who may require credit repair or credit improvement services.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them towards suitable credit repair solutions and relevant service upgrades.
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships through timely communication, case follow-ups, and service support.
