Finance Analyst – Account Payable

Summary Description

1.             Ensure timely processing or auditing of invoices/expenses in line with weekly and month-end deadlines

2.             Perform accurate completion of high volume invoice/expense payments

3.             Ensure correct Accounts Payable processes and standards are adhered to in accordance with standard procedures

Specific Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities

1. Ensure all AP transactions posted with high efficiency

2. Perform AP functions for vendors (Foreign & Local), follow up on issues with buyer and suppliers

3. Follow up on AP issue and prepare month-end accrual and vendor reconciliation of Statement of Accounts.

4. Ensure timely reconciliation

5. Prepares for external audit requirements and acts as internal auditor for SOX and audit compliance.

6. Assist in conducting yearly physical inventory count

7. Other duties as assigned from time to time

Position Requirement

Education : Degree in Accounting or Equivalent Professional Qualification

Experience : Has 1 year or more years of working experience

Skill : Able to handle AP

Special Requirement :

1. Computer literacy & Supervisory Skill

2. Familiarity with Oracle will be an advantage
