Key Responsibilities

• Deliver management reporting, forecasting and budgeting support that people across the business actually use
• Partner with operational and non-finance teams, translating numbers into clear, practical insight
• Analyse performance, surface trends, and flag risks and opportunities early
• Support month-end, variance analysis and the story behind the results
• Build and improve models, tools and reporting processes to make finance sharper and faster
• Step into ad hoc projects and broader finance work as priorities shift

About You

• CA / CPA Qualified
• You think on your feet and bring solutions, not just problems
• You move quickly and adapt easily, with a high degree of accuracy
• You're a natural communicator
• You'll happily step into other areas and pitch in, i.e. a genuine team player
• You're commercially curious, not a traditional number-cruncher
