Finance Analyst

The Finance Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records to ensure full compliance of the regulatory alignment and the fixed asset control of the organization.

S/he also is responsible for overseeing organizational fixed asset accounting and control processes, from initial recognition and documentation through periodic reconciliation and reporting. S/he ensures the prompt BIR tax filings to guarantee zero penalty risks in the Medical Mall.

Qualifications

• A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field
• 1 – 3 years of experience handling corporate tax compliance (BIR), fixed assets management, and process mapping or policy writing
• Strong familiarity with BIR Electronic Filing and Payment Systems (eFPS), eBIR Forms, and localized tax rules
• Demonstrated understanding of basic corporate office software, including Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in the Visayan dialect and/or Tagalog is required
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be well organized and detail oriented
