Finance Analyst

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management report to fulfill Group finance requirement.
• Prepare monthly upload file for finance automation system, e.g.: headcount report, accounts receivable aging report, Revenue breakdown, etc.
• Help team leaders to handle financial forecast/estimation and revenue/expenses analytic reports for all departments.
• Assist the team leader to enhance the automation and optimization of finance automation system and budgeting systems.
• Support team leaders to use new IT technology (e.g.: Power BI, Tableau, AI, etc.) exploring financial analyzing features. Requirements:
• Education: University graduate or above, major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in accounting, especially in reporting and analysis.
• Skills:
• Strong accounting knowledge.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, word, PPT, SAP systems and etc).
• Strong understanding of financial models, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
