Finance Analyst

About The Company Our client is a global investment firm with a primary focus on real estate and actively acquires, develops, and manages a broad portfolio across sectors such as office, residential, and hospitality. The firm’s approach targets both stabilized and distressed assets often capitalizing on shifting market cycles.

Responsibilities

• Review regional leasing and development submissions
• Prepare consolidated leasing statistics and KPIs for senior management and public disclosures
• Perform analyses of investments and its financial projections
• Identify unusual or unexpected variances
• Prepare operating environment and capital events for senior management and the board of directors to review
• Monitor near-term liquidity events for certain investments
• Work closely with regional FP&A teams to understand upcoming liquidity needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-3 years of related experience within public accounting
• Experience understanding complex transactions
• Experience in OneStream a plus
• CPA preferred

Salary Range $90,000-$100,000
