Finance Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, MIS, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Management Accounts, MIS reports, and dashboards.
• Analyze cost drivers, overheads, and operational metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Ind AS.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor actual income and expenses against budget.
• Analyze budget variances, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.
• Reconcile financial transactions by validating data and correcting discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory audit teams to ensure smooth audit and year-end closure.
• Support management with financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

Education

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• CA-Inter / CMA-Inter qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, MIS, or management reporting.
• Experience in a manufacturing / textile / apparel industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with ERP software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Good understanding of cost analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of Ind AS and audit procedures.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
